Referral Policy

Welcome to the Skillzy Young Scholars Referral Program. This Referral Policy explains how enrolled families ("Referrers") can earn bonus classes by referring new families ("Referred Families") to Skillzy Young Scholars ("Skillzy", "we", "our", or "us").

By participating in the Referral Program, Referrers and Referred Families agree to be bound by this Referral Policy in addition to our Terms & Conditions and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. HOW IT WORKS

• An existing Skillzy family (the Referrer) tells a family who is new to Skillzy about our classes.
• When booking their free demo class, the Referred Family names the Referrer (the Referrer's name and the email or phone number registered with Skillzy) in the demo form or by telling us directly.
• Once the Referred Family purchases a paid class package and the payment is successfully received, both the Referrer and the Referred Family receive bonus classes, according to the table below.

2. REFERRAL REWARDS

Rewards are based on the size of the class package purchased by the Referred Family:

Rewards apply per subject package purchased. If a Referred Family enrolls in more than one subject, each qualifying package purchase is eligible for its own referral reward.

Bonus classes for the Referred Family are added to the package they purchased and are delivered in the same format (1:1 or group) and subject. Bonus classes for the Referrer are added to the class balance of a subject the Referrer is currently enrolled in, chosen by the Referrer.

3. ELIGIBILITY

• The Referrer must be a currently enrolled Skillzy Young Scholars family in good standing.
• The Referred Family must be new to Skillzy Young Scholars, meaning they have no prior enrollment, paid package, or demo class booking with us.
• A Referred Family may only be counted as a referral for one Referrer. The reward goes to the Referrer named at the time of the Referred Family's first demo booking. Referrers cannot be added after the demo has been booked.
• There is no limit to the number of families a Referrer may refer.
• Referring yourself, or a family living in the same household, using another email address or phone number does not qualify.
• Skillzy Young Scholars reserves the right to deny or reverse a referral reward where self-referral, duplicate accounts, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. WHEN REWARDS ARE ISSUED

Referral rewards are issued only after the Referred Family's payment for a class package has been successfully received and confirmed. We will add the bonus classes within 7 days of confirming the payment. Rewards are not issued for demo class bookings alone, whether or not the Referred Family goes on to enroll.

5. PACKAGE UPGRADES

If a Referred Family later upgrades to a larger class package (for example, from a 20-Class Package to a 50-Class Package) within the same subject, the Referrer will receive the difference in bonus classes between the two package tiers, provided the upgrade takes place while the Referred Family's first package is still valid.

6. BONUS CLASS TERMS

• Referral rewards are issued as bonus classes added directly to the Referrer's and the Referred Family's class balance. They have no cash value and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, or exchanged for cash or refunds.
• Bonus classes are non-transferable between accounts.
• Bonus classes expire 12 months from the date they are issued if unused.
• Bonus classes are subject to the same scheduling terms as regular classes under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• If the Referred Family's payment is refunded or reversed, the related bonus classes may be withdrawn from both accounts.

7. PROGRAM CHANGES

Skillzy Young Scholars may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program, including reward amounts and eligibility terms, at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date. Rewards already earned before a change will not be affected.
