The USA Computing Olympiad is a free online algorithmic programming competition for pre-college students and the main pathway to the US team for the International Olympiad in Informatics.
Online contests held several times each season, with four divisions: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Students solve algorithmic problems in C++, Java or Python and move up a division by scoring high enough.
Skillzy Young Scholars coaches the core USACO topics division by division, from simulation and sorting up to graph algorithms and dynamic programming, with timed practice on past-style problems and careful debugging review.
Every student starts with a diagnostic assessment so we can see exactly where the gaps are. We then build a personalised prep plan, teach the concepts behind each question type, and practise under timed conditions. Every wrong answer is analysed so the same mistake does not repeat. Parents receive monthly progress reports and can see improvement clearly over time.
Book a free counselling session and we'll build a custom prep plan for your child's target exam.
